Terms and Conditions — SMS Notification Program
24/7 Outdoors LLC
Effective Date: August 4, 2026
Last Updated: August 4, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the SMS notification program operated by 24/7 Outdoors LLC (“24/7 Outdoors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing consent to receive SMS messages from 24/7 Outdoors, you (“you,” “recipient,” “merchant”) agree to the following terms.
1. Program Description
24/7 Outdoors operates an SMS notification program for contracted merchant hosts of our automated deer corn vending machines. The program delivers operational alerts and status updates related to the specific vending machine hosted at the merchant’s location.
2. Consent Is Entirely Voluntary — NOT a Condition of Any Purchase or Service
Providing consent to receive SMS messages from 24/7 Outdoors LLC is entirely voluntary and is NOT a condition of purchasing any product, entering into a hosting agreement, receiving any service, or maintaining any business relationship with 24/7 Outdoors.
Merchants and other business contacts may decline to provide SMS consent without any impact on:
• Their ability to enter into a merchant hosting agreement with 24/7 Outdoors
• The placement, operation, or servicing of a vending machine at their location
• Revenue share terms or payment remittance
• Any other aspect of their business relationship with 24/7 Outdoors
SMS enrollment is offered as an independent, optional add-on service to merchants who wish to receive operational alerts about their hosted machine. Merchants who prefer to receive operational updates through other channels (email, phone, or in-person during service visits) may do so at no disadvantage.
3. Standalone Consent — Separate from Hosting Agreement
SMS consent is captured on a separate, standalone SMS Consent Form. This form is a distinct document, independent from the merchant hosting agreement and independent from any other business documents between the merchant and 24/7 Outdoors. The SMS Consent Form has its own signature line and is filed separately from other agreements.
A merchant may sign the hosting agreement without signing the SMS Consent Form. Conversely, a merchant who signs the SMS Consent Form may withdraw that consent at any time (by replying STOP or contacting us) without affecting the hosting agreement.
4. Eligibility
Participation in this SMS program is available only to:
• Businesses or individuals who have entered into a written hosting agreement with 24/7 Outdoors, AND
• Who have voluntarily and separately signed a standalone SMS Consent Form
• Located within the United States with a mobile phone capable of receiving SMS messages
This SMS program is not available to consumers or the general public.
5. Types of Messages
Recipients may receive the following types of operational SMS messages:
• Inventory alerts — notifications when the machine’s product inventory falls below a defined threshold
• Machine status updates — routine reports on machine operational status
• Transaction confirmations — notifications summarizing completed transactions
• Critical hardware alerts — urgent notifications regarding hardware issues, tampering, or service events
6. Message Frequency
Recipients may receive up to 30 messages per month. Actual frequency will vary based on machine activity and operational conditions. Frequency may be higher during periods of active service or unusual events.
7. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for incoming and outgoing text messages. 24/7 Outdoors is not responsible for any charges from your carrier. Please consult your mobile service plan for details.
8. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Standard message and data rates may apply to the confirmation message.
Opting out of SMS messages has no impact on your merchant hosting agreement or any other business relationship with 24/7 Outdoors.
To resume messages after opting out, reply START to any prior 24/7 Outdoors number, or contact us directly at Sam@247-outdoors.com.
