Effective Date: August 4, 2026
Last Updated: August 4, 2026
24/7 Outdoors LLC (“24/7 Outdoors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our vending machine operations and our SMS notification program.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
Business Contact Information from Merchants: When a merchant enters into a hosting agreement with 24/7 Outdoors, we collect the business name, physical address, contact person’s name, and email address for the purpose of operational communications.
SMS Contact Information (Separate and Voluntary): Separately from the hosting agreement, merchants may voluntarily provide a mobile phone number to enroll in our optional SMS notification program. This is captured on a standalone SMS Consent Form, not as part of the hosting agreement.
Transaction Information: When customers use our vending machines, we collect anonymized transaction data, including timestamp, product weight, dollar amount, and machine location. Payment card data is processed by our payment processor (Nayax) and is never stored on our systems.
Machine Telemetry Data: Our vending machines transmit operational data such as inventory levels, temperature, door status, and hardware status. This data is used solely for operational monitoring.
2. SMS Notification Program — Voluntary and Optional
Consent to receive SMS messages from 24/7 Outdoors is entirely voluntary and is NOT a condition of any purchase, service, hosting agreement, or business relationship with 24/7 Outdoors LLC. Merchants may enter into a hosting agreement and receive a vending machine at their location without providing SMS consent. SMS enrollment is an entirely separate, optional service offered to merchants who choose to receive operational alerts about their hosted machine.
24/7 Outdoors operates an SMS notification program for merchants who host our vending machines. Participation in this program is entirely voluntary and is described below.
Who Receives Messages: Only contracted merchant hosts who have voluntarily signed a standalone SMS Consent Form receive SMS messages under this program. We do not send SMS messages to consumers or the general public under this program.
Standalone Consent Required: SMS consent is captured on a separate, standalone SMS Consent Form. This form is distinct from and independent of the merchant hosting agreement. A merchant may sign the hosting agreement without signing the SMS Consent Form, and doing so has no impact on their hosting relationship, machine placement, revenue share, or any other aspect of their business relationship with 24/7 Outdoors.
Message Types: Merchants may receive operational alerts related to their hosted vending machine, including inventory level notifications, machine status updates, transaction confirmations, and critical hardware alerts.
Message Frequency: Recipients may receive up to 30 messages per month, depending on machine activity and operational needs.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for incoming and outgoing text messages. Please consult your mobile service plan for details.
How to Opt Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. To resume messages, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact us at the information below. Opting out of SMS has no impact on your hosting agreement or business relationship with 24/7 Outdoors.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
• To operate and maintain our vending machines
• To communicate with merchants regarding their hosted machines (via email or phone unless SMS consent is separately provided)
• To process transactions and remit payments to merchants
• To monitor machine performance and inventory
• To comply with legal and tax obligations
• To improve our products and services
4. Non-Sharing of Mobile Numbers and SMS Opt-In Data
24/7 Outdoors does not share, sell, rent, or lease mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers collected as part of the SMS notification program are used solely for the operational communications described above.
The only exceptions to this policy are:
• Service providers: We use Twilio, Inc. as our SMS delivery provider. Twilio processes messages on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy and data protection obligations.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process.
5. Data Retention
We retain merchant contact information and transaction data for as long as necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations and to comply with legal, accounting, and reporting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it. SMS opt-in records are retained for the duration of the consent plus a reasonable period thereafter for audit and compliance purposes.
6. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Withdraw consent for SMS messages at any time, without any impact on your other business relationships with us
To exercise these rights, please contact us at the information below.
8. Children’s Privacy
