Important Notice: This Is a Standalone, Voluntary Document
This SMS Consent Form is a completely separate document from the Merchant Hosting Agreement. Providing SMS consent is entirely optional. A merchant may sign the Merchant Hosting Agreement and host a 24/7 Outdoors vending machine at their location without providing SMS consent. Declining to provide SMS consent has no impact whatsoever on the hosting agreement, machine placement, revenue share, or any other aspect of the business relationship with 24/7 Outdoors LLC.
Purpose
This document describes the terms under which contracted merchant hosts of 24/7 Outdoors vending machines may voluntarily enroll in our optional SMS notification program. This program provides real-time operational alerts about the vending machine hosted at the merchant’s location.
SMS Service Description
24/7 Outdoors LLC operates an optional SMS notification program for merchant hosts. Enrolled merchants receive text messages about the operational status of the vending machine at their location.
Types of messages recipients will receive:
• Inventory alerts (e.g., low product levels)
• Machine status updates
• Transaction confirmations
• Critical hardware alerts (e.g., door forced open, scale malfunction)
Message frequency: Up to 30 messages per month, depending on machine activity.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply based on the recipient’s mobile carrier plan. 24/7 Outdoors LLC is not responsible for any charges from the recipient’s carrier.
Help and Stop instructions: Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel messages at any time.

24/7 Outdoors does not share, sell, rent, or lease mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with any third parties for marketing purposes.
Consent Acknowledgments
By enrolling in the SMS notification program, a merchant acknowledges and agrees to each of the following:
• Enrollment is entirely voluntary. The merchant is choosing to participate in the SMS program of their own free will.
• Consent is NOT a condition of any other service. Providing SMS consent is not a condition of the Merchant Hosting Agreement, vending machine placement, revenue share, or any other service or benefit provided by 24/7 Outdoors LLC.
• The merchant may host a machine without SMS consent. The merchant may sign the Merchant Hosting Agreement and host a 24/7 Outdoors vending machine at their location without providing SMS consent.
• Consent may be withdrawn at any time. The merchant may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. Withdrawing consent will have no impact on the Merchant Hosting Agreement or any other business relationship with 24/7 Outdoors.
• The merchant consents to receive operational SMS notifications. The merchant consents to receive operational SMS notifications from 24/7 Outdoors LLC at the mobile number they provide, as described in this document.
Alternative: Decline SMS Consent
Merchants who prefer NOT to receive SMS notifications may still host a 24/7 Outdoors vending machine at their location. Alternative operational communication channels include email, phone, or in-person during service visits. Merchants who initially decline SMS consent may enroll later at any time.
Enrollment Process
SMS enrollment is completed during machine placement through a signed physical form, which is a separate document from the Merchant Hosting Agreement. A merchant who wishes to enroll:
1. Reviews this SMS Consent Form
2. Reviews the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
3. Provides the mobile number to receive alerts on
4. Initials each acknowledgment on the physical form
5. Signs the physical form
6. The signed form is filed separately from the Merchant Hosting Agreement
